腹膜透析液在重症胰腺炎术后胰床灌洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹膜透析液在胰床灌洗中的作用。方法:自 1996～ 1999年间对 17例急性坏死性胰腺炎术后采用腹膜透析液行胰床灌洗,临床观察其疗效。结果:16例治愈。1例死亡。13例所伴发的呼吸功能不全及急性肾功能不全和循环功能障碍均在一周内逆转,无一例腹膜炎发生。结论:腹膜透析液用于胰床灌洗在早期能发挥腹透功能,可清除体内炎性介质、细胞因子,同地还可清除体内代谢产物,减少腹腔污染及电解质流失,降低术后并发症。Objections: To study the effect of perctoneal dialysis liquid in perfusion after severe pancreatitis operation. Methods:To observe the remedy effect in 17 patients who had pancreatitis from 1996 to 1999. Results: One patient died and 16 patients nohabitated,Thirteen of them who had acute resperatory failure , acute renal failure and widesystem disfaction resersed in one week perfusing none of them had perctonitic. Conclusions: Perctoneal dialysis liquid used in acute necrosis pancrectitis was had the effect of clearing of inflammentary mediation and cell factor. It was vailuable to clear the product of metabalism , decrease pollution in perctonitic,the lose of electrolyte and postoperative complications.
