摘  要:采用hypermesh前处理和ansys后处理对机车逆变器柜体进行有限元模型的建立和仿真分析。基于有限元法对柜体进行静强度分析,得到了柜体整体结构的变形及应力分布。采用Block Lanczos法对该柜体进行模态分析,得到其低阶固有频率及其相应的振型,找出结构振动薄弱部位,并对其进行评价分析,为深入动力学分析和疲劳分析提供数值依据。= By using the software of hypermesh to preprocess and ANSYS to reprocess, the finite model of locomotive inverter cabinet is created and analyzed. The static strength of cabinet is analyzed according to the finite volume method, and the deformation of whole structure and the stress distribution are acquired. And then, the modal of cabinet is analyzed by using the Block Lanczos method, and the low-order natural frequency and corresponding vibration modes are acquired. The weak part of structure vibration which is evaluated and analyzed is found out to give a basis to further analysis of dynamics and fatigue.
