摘 要:普通斜管沉淀池前半段斜管去除杂质量已达到总量的70%-80%,而后半段所起作用却很小,有必要增加后半段斜管利用率。以新疆气煤井矿井水扩改工程为例,通过对斜管不同角度、管径组合的理论分析,分析结果表明:优化的V形结构斜管能够充分利用后半段斜管,在沉后水浊度一定时产水量提高10%-15%;且沉淀池高度降低约8 cm,更具有经济效益。In the ordinary inclined-tube sedimentation tank, the first half of the inclined tube removal of impurity has reached 70% to 80% of the total, the latter half of the role is very small, so it is necessary to increase the utilization of the latter half of the inclined tube. Here, taking the extension project of the gas colliery mine water in Xinjiang for example, the theoretical analysis is carried out on the different angles of the inclined tube and tube diameter combination. The analysis results show that the optimized V-shaped inclined tube can make full use of the latter half of the inclined tube, the water production is increased by 10% to 15% in a certain turbidity after sinking, and the height of the sedimentation tank is reduced by about 8 cm, so bringing more economic benefit.
