摘 要:目的 探讨经阴道超声正常子宫声像图定量分析的诊断价值。方法 AlokaSSD -170 0型超声仪与DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪连机 ,观察 3 0例正常生育年龄妇女子宫底部、前后壁、侧壁及宫颈前后唇 ,分别测量其灰阶值及分贝值。结果 正常子宫底、体部肌层灰阶、分贝值比较 ,均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,子宫底、体部与宫颈部比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 应用超声图像定量分析仪对正常子宫不同区域的回声强度进行灰阶和分贝的最大、最小、平均值的定量分析 ,灰阶、分贝的各项测值在宫颈明显高于宫体、底部 ,子宫声像图的定量分析 ,可为进一步探明盆腔子宫附件各种病变的超声定征特点与病理特性的相关性 。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic values of quantitative analysis of ultrasonography of normal uterine by transvaginal sonography Methods Aloka SSD-1700type ultrasonic machine was connected wtth DFY-1 type quantitative ultrasonographic analysis system we observe fundus anterior and posterior and lateral wall of uterine and anterior and posterior lips of cervix and measure GS and dB Results The values of GS and dB showed on significent difference between fundus and corpus of uterine ( P >0 05),but there were significent difference between fundus of corpus and cervix of uterine( P <0 05) Conclusions With the use of quantitative ultrasonographic analysis system we can analyze the maximum,mimimum and mean values of GS and dB of normal uterine,the values of cervix were higher than fundus of corpus,quantiative analysis of ultrasonography of uterine may provide valuable references for further analysis of the relation of ultrasonic tissue characterization and pathology of all kind of case of the uterine and clinic diagnosis
