摘　　要：[目的]了解粤西地区麻风病治愈者的生存质量,为麻风病治愈者的健康教育和健康干预提供科学依据。[方法]2011年,采用简明健康测量量表SF-36对粤西地区156名麻风病治愈者进行调查,同时选取康复村周边161名60岁以上村民对照。[结果]测试麻风病治愈者156人,周边村民161人。2组评分,生理功能分别为53.56、68.54(P<0.01),生理职能分别为33.49、54.35(P<0.01),躯体疼痛分别为51.88、62.65(P<0.01),总体健康分别为42.84、53.26(P<0.01),情感职能分别为56.52、69.02(P<0.01),活力分别为55.96、56.44(P>0.05),社会功能分别为55.85、56.68(P>0.05),精神健康分别为58.21、59.10(P>0.05)。[结论]麻风病治愈者的生存质量较差,主要表现在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、情感职能方面。[Objective]To understand the quality of life among the leprosy cured patients in the west of Guangdong province,so as to provide the scientific basis for their health education and intervention. [Methods]A total of 156 leprosy cured patients in the west of Guangdong Province were investigated by the MOS item short form health survey（SF-36） in 2011,and 161 villagers over 60 selected from the surrounding of Kangfucun as control group. [Results]Test 156 leprosy cured patients,and 161 villagers around,scores of the two groups of the physical functioning were 53.56 and 68.54（ P 〈 0.01）, the role-physical was 33.49,54.35 （P〈0.01）, the bodily pain was 51.88 and 62.65 （P〈0.01）, the general health was 42.84 and 53.26（ P 〈0. 01）, the role-emotional was 56.52,69.02（ P 〈0. 01）, the vitality was 55.96,56.44 （ P 〉0.05） ,the social functioning was 55.85,56.68（ P 〉0.05） ,the mental health were 58.21,59.10（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The quality of life of the leprosy cured patients is poor, mainly displays in the physical functioning, the role-physical,the bodilv pain,the general health and the role-emotional.
