摘　　要：[目的]了解农村留守妇女的心理健康状况,为后续关注农村留守妇女事业提供相关数据。[方法]于2012年7月抽取四川省宣汉县南坝镇128名农村留守妇女及109名非留守妇女进行问卷调查并比较。[结果]调查留守妇女128人,非留守妇女109人。自觉睡眠状况良好者所占比例、自评生活状况良好者所占比例均为非留守妇女高于留守妇女(P<0.01)。高强度的劳动、经济困难、子女教育及老人赡养困难、遭受过挫事者所占比例,均为留守妇女高于非留守妇女(P<0.01或<0.05);留守妇女中有存在夫妻异质性增强或有孤独之苦者占63.28%,对留守生活有逃避想法的占67.97%。[结论]留守妇女普遍存在心理健康问题。[Objective]To understand the mental health of the rural remaining women,so as to provide the basis for focus on them. [Methods]In July 2012,in Nanba town,Xuanhan county, Sichuan province, 128 remaining women were collected for a questionnaire survey and compared with the non- remaining women. [Results]Among remaining women and 109 non-remaining women,the proportion of consciously good sleeping,the proportion of life self-assessment in good condition was higher in the cantrol group than in the remaining women （ P 〈0. 0l） ,the proportion of high-intensity labor,economic difficulties, education for their children, and the elderly maintenance difficulties suffering setbacks was higher than that of non-remaining women（ P 〈0.01 or 〈0.05） ;The remaining women with enhanced couple heterogeneity or loneliness accounted for 63. 28%. and and those with the idea of avoiding the life left behind accounted for 67.97%. [Conclusion]There are widespread mental health problems in the remaining women.
