福建省首次检出1株赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性的伤寒菌

摘　　要：[目的]防止漏检赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性的伤寒菌株。[方法]2012年5月在一发热病人血液标本中检出1株沙门菌,用沙门菌显色培养基、强、弱选择培养基分离,对菌株进行系统生化、API20E、美国BD全自动细菌鉴定仪及血清学试验确认。[结果]分离培养、生化特性、血清学试验均符合伤寒沙门菌,只有赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性。经微量生化等系统鉴定为1株赖氨脱羧酶阴性的伤寒菌。[结论]必须注意鉴别赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性的伤寒菌。[Objective]To prevent mistaking the result of lysine decarboxylase negative of Salmonella typhi strains. [Methods]The strain was isolated from a blood sample of a patient with fever by Salmonella chromogenic medium,strong and weak selection medium, which was confirmed by the systemic biochemical event, API 20E, BD Phoenix System and serological tests. [Results]The results of isolation and cultivation,biochemistry characters and serological tests accorded with the characters of Salmonella typhi, only with lysine decarboxylase negative. The strain was finally identified as Salmonella typhi with lysine decarhoxylase negative, i-Conclusion]Attention should be paid to identifying lysine decarboxylase negative Salmonella typhi.
