摘　　要：[目的]了解潍坊市洗涤机构与消毒和健康相关的基本情况,为开展洗涤机构消毒质量监测提供依据。[方法]按照山东省疾控中心统一制定的"山东省洗涤机构基本情况调查表"对13个县(市、区)所有的洗涤机构进行现场调查。[结果]调查90家洗衣店,采取消毒措施的洗涤机构占洗涤机构总数的75.55%;衣物分开收发的占74.44%;店内地面有冲洗设施的占44.44%;进行空气消毒的占15.56%;对盛放衣物的容器进行消毒的占20.00%。仅5.56%的洗衣店配有洗眼器,21.11%的洗衣店具有相对完善的通风设施,55.56%的从业人员佩戴了个人防护装具,6.67%的洗衣店有专门的有毒有害气体排放装置,11.11%的从业人员上岗前进行了健康查体,13.33%的从业人员定期进行健康检查。[结论]与消毒和公众健康相关指标合格率较低,衣物存在二次污染,不能保证消毒质量;从业人员劳动保护相关指标合格率极低,对从业人员身体健康造成隐患。[Objective]To understand basic statistics of disinfection and health-related indexes for dry cleaners in Weifang city, so as to provide the basis for monitoring of disinfection quality in dry cleaners. [Methods] In accordance with Shandong province questionnaire of basic statistics of dry cleaners,a field survey was made in all dry cleaners in 13 counties of Weifang city. [Results]Of 90 dry cleaners surveyed washing institutions taking disinfection measures accounted for 75.55% of the total number of washing mechanism; 74. 44% taking clothing separately transceiver; 44.44% equipped with cleaning machine for the floor; 15. 56% taking air disinfection; 20.00% （18/90） taking disinfection for the clothing containers. Only 5.56 % of the laundry equipped with eye bath. 21.11 % of the laundry having relatively perfect ventilation facilities,55.56 % of the employees wearing personal protective fittings, 6.67 %of the laundry equipped with specialized device for poisonous and harmful gas emissions, 11.11% of the employees taking physical examination before working, 13.33 % of them taking health check regularly, [Conclusion]The health-related indexes have low pass rate, cleaned clothes have secondary pollution, the quality of disinfection is not guaranteed, the pass rate of labor protection is very low among dry cleaner workers, which may cause the hidden dangers for workers health.
