摘  要:目的研究2型糖尿病及其并发症患者血清唾液酸的变化。方法入选100例住院的2型糖尿病患者和50例年龄、性别、体重指数与之相匹配的健康人群。2型糖尿病患者依据其有无并发症分为无并发症组50例、有并发症组50例。采集静脉血样和24h尿样。血样检测唾液酸、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和餐后1h胰岛素,尿样检测尿白蛋白排泄率。并测量各组的收缩压。结果①血清唾液酸含量:各糖尿病组比对照组显著增高(P<0.05),且糖尿病并发症组显著高于无并发症组(P<0.05)。②相关性分析:唾液酸与尿白蛋白排泄率、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和餐后1h胰岛素的相关系数分别为r=0.522、r=0.392、r=0.33、r=0.262、r=-0.266,均呈显著性相关。结论唾液酸在2型糖尿病及其血管并发症患者中显著增高,监测血清唾液酸浓度对判断糖尿病血管并发症有重要意义。Objective To study the variety of serum sialic acid in type 2 diabetes. Methods Fasting venous blood samples and urine samples were collected from 150 subjects, 50 of whom were of type 2 diabets with complications, 50 of whom were of type 2 diabets without any complications and 50 of whom were healthy individuals. All the blood samples were processed for sialic acid, fasting blood-glUcose, HbAlo and insulin (an hour after a meal) concentrations detection. The urine samples were analyzed for urine albumen excretion rate(UAER). Results Serum sialic acid concentrations in diabetic subjects were significantly higher than that in healthy controls(P〈O.05), and were higher in type 2 diabetics with complications than that in type 2 diabets without compli- cations(P〈0.05). Serum sialic acid concentrations were significantly related with UAER(r=0.522), systolic blood pressure (r=0.392), fasting blood-glucose(r=0.33), HbAlc(r=0.262) and insulin(r=-0.266). Conclusion The concentrations of serum sialic acid are in- creased in type 2 diabets, especially in type 2 diabetic patients with vascular complications.
