肝细胞癌患者红细胞和血小板参数检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)患者红细胞和血小板参数变化与临床意义。方法检测136例肝细胞肝癌患者和50例健康者的红细胞参数(Hb、RDW、MCV)和血小板参数(PLT、PCT、MPV),并进行统计分析。结果HCCⅠ期RDW、MCV、PLT、PCT(P<0.05),与对照组比较均有统计学意义;HCCⅡ期HHb、RDW、MCV、PLT、PCT(P<0.05),与对照组比较均有统计学意义;HCC III期Hb、RDW、MCV、PLT、PCT、MPV(P<0.05),与对照组比较均有统计学意义;RDW值与对照组比较均升高,且升高程度依次为HCCⅢ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。结论红细胞和血小板参数与肝细胞癌肝损有关,RDW可以反映肝细胞癌的肝损程度和病情轻重。Objective To investigate the changes of red blood cell and platelet parameters in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and its clinical significance. Medthods A total of 136 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients and 50 healthy per-sons＇ red blood cell and platelet parameters were detected,and then statistical analysis was performed. Results The RDW, MCV, PLT and PCT in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma stage ｜ were significantly increased than those in controls （P〈0.05）;The Hb, RDW, MCV, PLT and PCT in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma stage Ⅱ were significantly increased than those in controls （P〈0.05）;The Hb, RDW, MCV, PLT, PCT and MPV in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma stage Ⅲ were significantly increased than those in controls （P〈0.05）;The values of RDW were higher than those in controls, and the order is HCC stage Ⅲ 〉stage Ⅱ 〉stage I （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The red blood cell and platelet parameters are related with liver damage degree in hepa-tocellular carcinoma patients, and RDW values may reflect the severity of liver cancer and the liver damage degree.
