摘　　要：介绍了一种Ka波段高功率T/R组件。文中论述了组件的设计方案和设计过程,其中采用功率合成技术将两只功率放大器芯片合成实现高功率输出要求。测试数据表明,该T/R组件输出功率达3.5W,满足设计指标。This paper introduces a kind of Ka-band high power T/R Module.The project and process of T/ R module designing are discussed,high output power is implemented by power combining of two power amplifier chips.The test data show that the output power of the T/R module is 3.5watt and satisfies the design specification well.
