水稻倒一节间生长发育调控基因OEUI的精细定位

摘　　要：水稻节间生长发育有着特定的时空模式,有多个基因参与调控。OEUI基因是水稻中控制倒一节伸长发育的一个关键基因,先前已将它定位在第1染色体上。采用集团分离分析法:提取水稻叶片基因组DNA,通过构建DNA池,依靠PCR技术,进行全基因组扫描,寻找到1号染色体短臂上的SSR标记RM3252与Oeui基因连锁。在RM3252附近发展新的标记,把水稻Oeui基因精细定位在RM3148和RSL0152/0153标记之间,相应的物理距离为876kb。The internode development of rice has a conserved temporal and spatial pattern,in which several genes are involved.Oeui is a key gene for uppermost internode elongation in rice,which has previously been located on chromosome 1.Oeui gene is linked to SSR marker RM3252on the short arm of chromosome 1by bulk segregated analysis.We extracted genomic DNA of rice leaves,constructed DNA pool,scanned complete genome.Through developing new PCR-based marker,the Oeui gene is fine mapped between the marker RM3148and RSL0152/0153with a interval about 876kb.
