摘 要:目的探讨参蓉药膳方对运动性低血睾酮的影响。方法:将24名田径运动员随机分成两组,分别为大负荷训练组(C)和连续8周服用参蓉鸡汤的大负荷训练组(M),采用放免法、比色法和血细胞计数法观察不同组别的血清睾酮、皮质醇、血睾酮/皮质醇、血尿素氮、血红蛋白在试验前后的变化,并将两组指标进行对比分析。结果 (1)血清睾酮:C组较冬训前降低,男运动员差异显著(P<0.05),女运动员则差异不显著(P>0.05),M组较冬训前有所上升(P>0.05),与C组相比,M组服药后血睾酮显著上升(P<0.01);(2)血清皮质醇:C组男运动员较冬训前显著上升(P<0.05),其余各组无显著差异(P>0.05),组间不明显变化(P>0.05);(3)血睾酮/皮质醇:C组较冬训前降低,男运动员差异显著(P<0.01),女运动员差异不明显(P>0.05),M组较冬训前有所上升(P>0.05),与C组相比,M组服药后血睾酮上升,男运动员差异显著(P<0.01),女运动员则差异不显著(P>0.05);(4)血红蛋白:C组较冬训前有所降低(P>0.05),M组较冬训前有所上升(P>0.05),与C组相比,M组服药后血红蛋白显著上升(P<0.05);(5)血尿素氮:各组较冬训前均上升(P<0.01),M组血尿素氮显著低于C组(P<0.05)。结论参蓉鸡汤可有效阻止因大强度训练引起的血睾酮降低,保证T/C处于动态平衡中,维持运动机能能力在较高水平。Objective:To study effects of Shenrong medicine accommodation on exercise-induced low serum testosterone.Method:24trackmen were divided randomly into two groups equally,which were high intensity training group(C group)and high intensity training group of successive to take medicine(M group).Radioimmunoassay,colorimetric technique and hematimetry were used to observe the change of serum testosterone,cortisol,T/C、BUN,Hb in the different groups.Result:Serum testosterone was significantly reduced in male-athlete of C group compared with previous winter training(P〈0.05),and it was significantly increased in M group compared with C group(P〈0.01).Exercise training increased serum cortisol levels in male athlete of C group(P〈0.05),with no change in other groups.T/C was obviously decreased in male athlete of C group compared with pre-winter training(P〈0.01).However it was significantly increased in male athlete of M group compared with post-medicine(P〈0.01),with no difference in female athlete.Hb was no different compared with pre-winter training between all groups(P〈0.05)Hb was significantly increased in M group compared with C group(P〈0.05).BUN was obviously increased compared with before winter training between all groups(P〈0.01).BUN was significantly reduced in M group compared with C group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Exercise-induced low serum testosterone can be efficiently treated by Shenrongchicken soup.
