C-reactive Protein and Neuron-specific Enolase's Evaluation Value on Secondary Brain Lesion after Craniocerebral Operation

摘  要:目的研究观察C反应蛋白水平及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量对脑外伤术后继发性颅脑损伤的评估价值。方法选取该院收治的100例已行开颅手术的脑外伤患者作为研究对象,根据手术后患者的情况将他们分成A、B两组。A组为颅脑术后恢复良好的患者50名,B组为颅脑术后出现继发性颅脑损伤的患者50名。测定两组患者的C反应蛋白水平及神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量并进行比较观察。结果术后出现继发性颅脑损伤患者的C反应蛋白及神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量高于脑外伤术后恢复良好的,比较差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白水平及神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量与脑外伤术后继发性颅脑损伤的发生、脑损伤的严重程度呈正相关,所以对患者C反应蛋白水平及神经元特异性烯醇化酶含量的测定能对患者的病情做出准确的诊断,进而实施有效的治疗。Objective To study and observe c-reactive protein and neuron-specific enolase's evaluation value on secondary brain lesion after craniocerebral operation. Methods Chose 100 cases of these craniocerebral injury patients who have had craniocere- bral operation at our hospital as study objectives,divided them into group A and group B according to their patients' postoperative situations.These 50 cases of patients whose recovery after operation was good belonged to group A,and these 50 cases of patients who suffered from secondary brain lesion after craniocerebral operation belong to group B.Measured these two groups' patients' c- reactive protein level and neuron-specific enolase's content,and then compared and observed it. Results Group B's patients' c- reactive protein and neuron-specific enolase's content was higher than group A's patients ' ,and severe cerebral lesion patients' was higher than mild and light cerebral lesion patients' ,it has statistics meaning(P〈0.05). Conclusion C-reactive protein and neu- ron-specific enolase have positive correlations with happening of secondary brain lesion after craniocerebral operation and cere- bral lesion degree,therefore,measuring of patients' c-reactive protein content can help us to make correct diagnosis,then carry out effective treatments.
