螺旋CT在检测老年原发性高血压患者冠状动脉病变中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT在检测老年原发性高血压患者冠状动脉病变中的应用情况。方法分析该院老年原发性高血压冠状动脉病变患者100例临床资料,冠状动脉血管成像和冠脉造影检测。结果冠状动脉血管成像和冠脉造影检测诊断冠脉狭窄比例、钙化比例结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺旋CT冠脉成像是一种简便、快捷、准确、可靠的诊断冠心病的方法,对于临床治疗和预后均有较好的参考价值。Objective To approach application result of senile primary hypertension and coronary artery lesions patients by spiral CT. Methods To analyze 100 cases clinical data of senile primary hypertension and coronary artery lesions patients by spiral CT in our hospital, which was to be detection by coronary artery angiography and coronary angiography. Results The coronary stenosis and calcification proportion results were no obviously difference by coronary artery angiography,P〉0.05. Conclusion The spiral CT coronary artery imaging was a simple, quick, accurate, reliable diagnostic method for coronary heart disease,for clinical treatment and prognosis are good reference value.
