摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻窦真菌病的方法及其疗效。方法分析鼻内镜手术治疗78例非侵袭型鼻窦真菌病患者的手术方法及围手术期处理及其术后疗效。结果鼻内镜下真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗效果显著。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗非侵袭型鼻窦真菌病疗效良好,无一复发,可为该病之首选治疗方案。Objective To observe the endoscopic surgical treatment of fungal sinusitis postoperative results and method. Methods Analyse 78 cases of fungal sinusitis patients under endoscopic treatment methds,surround sugery handle and it isterapeatic effect. Results Effect of treatment of fungal sinusitis endoscopic significantly. Conclusion Endoscopic methods of treatment of fungal si- nusitis fine.easy to relapse.which will be consider one of best treatment for fungal sinusitis.
