摘　　要：20世纪30～40年代,战争严重破坏了华北根据地解放区的畜牧业。中共领导华北根据地军民成立畜牧业领导机构,颁布建设条例或办法,采取多种措施恢复和发展畜牧业,取得显著成绩,产生了积极影响。In the 1930s and 1940s of the last century, Animal husbandry was damaged seriously by the Japanese invades, burning and looting and the War of the Liberation in the North China. The CPC lead the army and people in the North China areas to establish authority of animal husbandry, to promulgate constructional regulations or ways, to adopt a variety of measures to recover and develop animal husbandry, and gained remarkable success and brought about positive effect.
