摘　　要：针对圆型纬编机上编织的面料纹路细密缺乏粗犷感的问题,在双面大圆机上开发出一款仿羊毛衫绒布,外表面具有粗犷的折线纵条纹。阐述了该面料的编织工艺、染整工艺、面料参数,分析了布面效果的成因。指出染整过程中应注意:染色后加抗静电助剂;缸加起毛剂要用质量较好的起毛剂;刷毛时要先刷正面且正面起绒要均匀无竖条;正面剪毛时要控制剪毛量;定形要加适量亲水性柔软剂、横向展平布面即可、纵向可以适当超喂。In view of the problem of the fabrics knitted on the single circular knitting machine with too fine and densely appearance but lack of wildness, the paper develops a kind of pile knitted fabric to simulate woolen sweater surface effect on double-bed circular knitting machine, which bears rough zigzag stripe. It introduces in de- tail the knitting technology, dyeing technology and fabric parameters, and also analyzes the reasons for rough effect. In addition, it points out the precautions during the dyeing process such as application of antistatic agents after dyeing, employment of raising agents, brushing the face first and raising uniformly without stripes, controlling the cropping weight on the face, use of the hydrophilic softener appropriately in setting, and flattening the fabrics in the width-wise direction while overfeeding in the longitudinal direction.
