提高GE2296型双针床经编机速度的技术

摘  要:为了适应双针床经编机高速编织的要求,对经编机的传动机构进行了改进研究,包括采用曲轴连杆机构代替传统的共轭凸轮机构或偏心连杆机构,加入风冷式润滑冷却系统,对针床及脱圈板采用镂空设计。结果表明:曲轴连杆机构使经编机的速度稳定达到了1 000横列/min,提高了机器在高速运行时成圈机件的传动平稳性和运动配合精度;风冷式润滑冷却系统调节简单方便,很容易控制各油路油压的大小,并能有效地对曲轴和轴瓦进行冷却和润滑;对针床及脱圈板采用镂空设计,可以减小机件因环境温度变化带来的变形问题。In order to meet command need of high speed of double needle bar warp knitting machine, the transmission mechanism of warp knitting machine is improved, including the use of crankshaft connecting-rod de- vice instead of the traditional conjugate cam mechanism or eccentric linkage mechanism, employment of air-cooled lubrication and cooling systems and designing the needle bed and knocking-over plate with hollow out structure. The results show that the speed of warp knitting machine with crank linkage mechanism can reach 1000 rows/min stably, the smooth transmission and movement precision of knitting elements of warp knitting machine at high speed are improved; the air-cooled lubrication and cooling system can be adjusted easily and expediently, which is easy to control the size of each oil hydraulic, and it can effectively cool and lubricate the crankshaft and bearing; hol- low design on the needle bed and knocking-over comb can reduce the mechanical deformation caused by changes of temperature.
