摘  要:将脂肽酶和马来酸酐-丙烯酸(MA-AA)共聚物分别应用于活性染料的皂洗工艺中,考察了脂肽酶皂洗温度、脂肽酶用量以及MA-AA用量对洗涤效果的影响。为了减低价格昂贵但效果较好的脂肽酶在皂洗工艺中的用量,将脂肽酶与MA-AA共聚物联合使用于活性染料染色织物的皂洗中,通过与常规皂洗工艺、单独脂肽酶皂洗工艺、单独MA-AA皂洗工艺进行对比发现,脂肽酶与MA-AA共聚物配合使用的联合皂洗工艺效果更好,可以达到省水、省时、降低脂肽酶用量、降低生产成本的目的;且经该工艺皂洗后的染色织物具有良好的干、湿摩擦色牢度、水烫色牢度和白布沾色牢度。This paper applied lipopenie enzyme and maleic anhydride-acrylic acid(MA-AA)copolymer in the re- active dye washing process, respectively. The influence of the lipopenie enzyme operating temperature, the dosage of lipopenic enzyme and MA-AA copolymer on washing process were investigated. In order to decrease the dosage of lipopenic enzyme which have good washing property but with high price, this paper used it with MA-AA copolymer cooperatively. Compared with the conventional soaping process, the washing process by using lipopenic enzyme alone and the washing process by using MA-AA eopolymer alone, it is found that the washing process by using lipopenie enzyme and MA-AA copolymer cooperatively has good effect, water and time can be decreased, the dosage of lipopenic enzyme and cost can be reduced; it is also found that after the new washing process, dyed fabric has well dry and wet rubbing fastness, good color fastness to hot water and good staining fastness for white fabric.
