广东青年女性文胸号型档差研究

摘　　要：从文胸号型的概念入手,对现有文胸的号型标准进行分析,发现存在地区差异、标准本地化、实际应用时找不到自己合适的号型等问题。基于此,以广东地区青年女性体型数据测量为依据,从数据项目内容及标准、基础数据、重点抽样数据3个步骤进行数据采集,对采集的数据进行一般描述性统计分析,排除错误数据项,掌握基础情况后,对数据进行简易相关性、聚类、回归等分析,找出各个数据项之间的关系;然后针对细化研究目标对数据进行抽样及再深入分析,建立体型模型和文胸罩杯模型;制作测试原型样衣,进一步验证结论准确度。得出档差与胸围差的关系为:档差=0.143×胸围差+1.114,由此推导出新的档差表,即在10 cm以下胸围差采用2 cm跳档,在10 cm以上胸围差采用3 cm跳档。Based on the definition and standard of bra size at present, the paper analyzes the main existing problems such as the regional differences, standard localization, unreasonable setting of size and so on. The paper collects data following 3 steps including the data standard, basic data and important sampling data based on the body data measurement of young female in Guangdong area. And then the collected data is studied through correla- tion, cluster and regression analysis; the body＇s modal and cup＇s modal of bra are established. Furthermore, the ac- curacy of the conclusion is validated through making the samples. It can be concluded the relationship between the bust and grade, as well as the new grade list of bra.
