我国畜禽养殖业污染问题及对策浅析

摘　　要：随着畜禽养殖业的迅速发展,其造成的环境污染日趋严重,国家对畜禽污染治理的要求不断提高,针对这一问题,搜集了中国畜牧业年鉴2011、污染源普查动态更新调查数据、国家相关政策等资料,分析畜禽养殖业产生的污染情况,对环境的影响,产生的原因,结合国家要求,从合理选址、源头控制、加强执法、加强技术研究等角度提出了畜禽污染防治的对策,从而达到改善畜禽污染治理现状,减少其对环境的危害的目的。The rapid development and insufficient control of farm animal feeding industry has caused serious environmental pollution with its excessive emission. The county has therefore strengthened requirements for aniaml feeding operation（AFO）. In order to solve problems posed by animal feeding operation, the paper examined major impacts and causes associated with animal feeding operation, based on statistic data collected from China animal husbandry yearbook 2011, emission census data, national policies concerning AFO etc. The authors concluded with suggestions on AFO improvement practices, such as appropriate facility sitting, source eimission reduction, AFO environmental control tightening and technology advance as well.
