摘 要:为了提高油水分离水力旋流器的分离性能,提出了一种内附顶针式底流管旋流器。利用计算流体动力学方法,对内附顶针式底流管旋流器流场进行数值模拟,并与常规旋流器进行对比分析。根据数值模拟结果对内附顶针式旋流器进行油水分离实验研究,研究发现,随着入口体积流量的逐渐增大,内附顶针式底流管旋流器和常规旋流器的分离效率均是先升高后降低,压降逐渐增大。内附顶针式底流管旋流器的分离效率高于常规旋流器的分离效率,压力损失较低,验证了数值模拟结果。A hydrocyclone with a built-in thimble underflow tube (TUT) is put forward in order to improve hydrocyclone separation performance. The internal flow field in the hydrocyclone is numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics, and a comparative analysis of the conventional hydrocyclone and the hydrocyclone with a built-in TUT is made. According to the results of the simulation analysis, the oil-water separation experimental study of the hydrocyclone with a built-in TUT is carried out. With the increase of the inlet flowrate, the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone with a built-in TUT and the conventional hydrocyclone increased at first and then decreased, the pressure drop increased. The results show that the separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone with a built-in TUT is higher than the conventional hydrocyclone and the pressure loss is lower than the conventional hydrocyclone, and verify numerical simulation results.
