摘　　要：波纹板片是板壳式热交换器的核心元件,其工作在高温、高压、腐蚀等恶劣环境下,失效事故时有发生。利用有限元模拟技术,通过分析发现换热效率较高的薄波纹板片强度较低是不可忽视的问题,分析结果为板壳式热交换器的设计提供了新的理论依据。The corrugated cause of its work in severe sheet is core environment failure accidents happened from time to components of plate and shell type heat exchanger. Be of high temperature and high pressure and corrode etc. time. The finite element simulation technology was applied, through analysis it found that the thin corrugated sheet with higher efficiency heat ex- changer of its low intensity is a problem which cannot be ignored. The results provide a new the oretical basis for plate and shell type heat exchanger design.
