摘　　要：16MnR热喷涂铝合金瓦斯分液罐在使用3a后出现大量大型氢鼓包。通过对设备的全面检验和对发生鼓包原因的分析,提出了这类设备强度校核的依据和监控使用措施。A great number of hydrogen bubbles appeared after 3 years of service on the gas liquid separation tank of 16MnR thermal spraying A1 alloy. Based on the inspection and the corrosion mechanism analysis of hydrogen bubble, according to the result, strength checking and operation advice of the gas liquid separation tank were proposed.
