摘 要:为防止矿井大断面岩巷一次性爆破掘进出现丢炮现象,分别对串联、并联、两串一并、四并一串四种爆破网路中通过每发电雷管的电流进行了理论计算和分析,优化设计了爆破网路工艺,并在岩巷掘进爆破工程中进行应用。结果表明,四并一串的爆破网路能有效防止网路发生丢炮,显著提高了岩巷大断面中深孔全断面一次起爆网路的可靠性。In order to prevent the phenomenon that heavy section of mine stone head losing cannon during excavation blasting, the theoretical calculation and analysis about current through each electric detonators in series blasting network, parallel blasting network, two series one parallel blasting network and four parallel one series blasting network are respectively presented and the designs of blasting network technique are optimized, which have been used in stone head excavation blasting engineering. The results show that four parallel one series blasting network can effectively prevent the occurrence of losing cannon, which significantly improves the reliability of heavy section of stone head medium-length hole blasting detonating for once network.
