摘  要:针对目前煤矿许用毫秒电雷管段间延期时间均为25ms已不能满足大断面岩巷安全高效掘进的现状,设计、订制新型毫秒延期电雷管并进行现场试验。通过增大辅助掏槽眼和掏槽眼间起爆延迟时间,提高了掏槽爆破效率,减小了矸石抛掷距离,爆堆集中,利于装岩作业;采用中深孔爆破和全断面一次起爆,节约了循环作业时间。实现了提高炮眼利用率和巷道成型质量、降低材料消耗,安全、快速、高效施工的预期目标。For the current coal mine permitted millisecond delay electric detonator delay time between each segment is 25 ms already cannot satisfy safety and efficiency excavation of large sections rock roadway, a new millisecond delay electric detonator was designed and ordered, and the field test was done. By increasing the delay time between cut-hole and auxiliary-hole, cut blasting efficiency was improved, casting distance of ganguet was reduced and blasting pile was concentrated, which was beneficial to the rock loading work. And by medium-deep hole blasting and whole section one-time blasting, the cycle operation time was saved. The expectation aim of improving the utilization rate of borehole and roadway shaping quality, reducing the material consumption and safe, quick and efficient construction was realized.
