摘 要:目的考察蟾饲五谷虫与五谷虫的质量差异,以期为蟾饲五谷虫与五谷虫的鉴定提供依据。方法从药材性状、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、HPLC色谱鉴别和总氮量测定等方面,比较蟾饲五谷虫与五谷虫的质量差异。结果蟾饲五谷虫与五谷虫在药材性状、显微及理化鉴别方面无明显的质量差异。HPLC色谱鉴别出蟾饲五谷虫中含有华蟾酥毒基,而五谷虫中不含有华蟾酥毒基。蟾饲五谷虫和五谷虫的总氮含量相近。结论 HPLC色谱鉴别可用于蟾饲五谷虫与五谷虫药材的鉴定和质量控制。Objective To investigate quality differences between maggot breeded by toad and maggot.Methods The comparisons were carried out on their description,microscopical identification,physicochemical identification,HPLC chromatography identification and total nitrogen.Results There existed no significant difference between maggot breeded by toad and maggot on their description,microscopical identification and physicochemical identification.Conclusions HPLC identification can be taken as the reference for identifying the species and laying down quality standard of maggot.
