摘  要:目的采用显微定量法对园参和石柱参的不同年限进行鉴别。方法采用显微定量法,以人参的草酸钙簇晶为显微特征物,根据不同年限不同部位特征物含量及形态上的差异对园参和石柱参的不同年限进行鉴别。结果随着年限的增长全参、芦头、主根、侧根、须根的草酸钙簇晶的含量上升且体积增大,但石柱参的须根草酸钙簇晶含量随着年限的增长而下降,而园参须根中的特征物含量明显升高,可用于两者的鉴别。其中芦头内的草酸钙簇晶含量明显高于其他部位。根据草酸钙簇晶含量和形态上的差异,可以区分园参和石柱参的不同年限。结论显微定量法鉴别园参和石柱参的不同年限方法可行。Objective To identify planted Ginseng and Shizhu Ginseng of different ages by microscopic quantitative technique.Methods Taking the calcium oxalate crystal clusters as macroscopic characters,we differentiated planted Ginseng and Shizhu Ginseng of different ages,according to the distinction in various parts by microscopic quantitative technique.Results The sizes and contents of calcium oxalate crystal clusters in the whole ginseng,rhizoma,lateral root,main root and fibrous root were increased as time goes on,the calcium oxalate crystal clusters in the Shizhu Ginseng fibrous roots were decreased,which helps identify planted Ginseng and Shizhu Ginseng.There were more calcium oxalate crystal clusters in ginseng rhizoma than that in the rest parts.Planted Ginseng and Shizhu Ginseng of various ages could be differentiated according to the difference in content and size of calcium oxalate crystal clusters.Conclusions It is a practicable employing microscopic quantitative technique to identify planted Ginseng and Shizhu Ginseng of different ages.
