摘  要:长庆安塞油田王窑区块已进入中高含水阶段,油藏综合含水率达到70%以上,日产油量持续下降.为寻求更有效的三次采油方法,开展了复合本源微生物驱油在低渗透油藏的应用研究.通过采油微生物菌种的筛选及性能评价、复合微生物采油现场试验,对微生物采油的影响因素和效果进行了分析.王窑区块12个注采井组现场试验年累计增油超过5 070 t,累计降水超过9 000 m3,投入产出比达到1∶5.9.现场试验证明,利用复合本源微生物采油能够增加低渗透油藏原油产量、提高采收率,是一种有效的增产措施.Wangyao block of Ansai Oilfield has entered high water-cut stage,its average water cut is as high as 70 %,and its daily oil yield continues to decline.In order to gain the more effective EOR method,MEOR technology using composite indigenous microorganisms is studied in laboratory.The useful indigenous microorganisms are screened by experimental evaluation,and the factors of influencing MEOR and the MEOR result are studied.It is shown that the selected indigenous microorganisms can enhance the recovery ratio of the cores from Wangyao block.The field tests of 12 injection-production well groups in Wangyao block were finished.It is shown that,the annual cumulative oil increasing is greater than 5 070 t,and the annual cumulative water reducing is more than 9 000 m3.Input-output ratio reaches to 1:5.9.The tests show that the composite indigenous microorganism oil displacement technology can enhance the oil yield of low-permeability reservoirs and recovery ratio,and it is an effective stimulation measures.
