摘  要:用硫酸锰代替硫酸银作催化剂,对密封消解法测定废水中化学需氧量的条件进行了优化.通过正交试验,对测定过程中的几种主要影响因素进行了讨论,得出了影响因素的排序:消解温度>消解时间>催化剂用量.同时,得出了本测定方法的最优操作条件为:消解温度165℃,消解时间8min,硫酸锰用量0.05g.该方法准确度和精密度同标准方法大致相同,且操作方便快捷、分析费用低,适用于批量水样的测定.Using manganese sulfate instead of silver sulfate as catalyst, a sealed digestion method was developed for determination of chemical oxygen demand(COD). Through or- thogonal experimental design method, the paper discussed the main influencing factors on determination result of COD such as digestion temperature, digestion time and catalyst dos- age. The result shows that digestion temperature is the main influencing factor, the second is digestion time, the third is catalyst dosage. At the same time,the parameters of COD deter- mination by the sealed digestion method were optimized, and the results are as follows: di- gestion temperature is 165℃, digestion time is 8 min, catalyst dosage is 0.05 g. The accura- cy and precision of this method is basically the same as the standard method, and the sealed digestion method is simple, rapid, low-cost, and suitable for determination of bulk samples.
