摘  要:针对高分子聚合物水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)水基压裂液,制备了一种酸性有机锆交联剂,经过考察成胶性能,确定了合理的合成方案,m(氧氯化锆)∶m(乳酸)∶m(乙二醇)=5∶5∶90.反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2.5h.压裂液成胶实验结果表明,在HPAM溶液浓度为0.5%,m(HPAM)∶m(交联剂)=100∶0.5时,交联时间为5min,表观粘度为130mPa.s.作为压裂液使用时耐温性可达90℃以上,耐剪切时间超过2h.The type of organic-zirconium cross linking agent had been created directed to the polymer water base fracturing fluid of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide. The reasonable synthetic scheme of the agent had been obtained by testing the performance of gelation properties and abilities of the fracturing fluid which the mass ratio of zirconium oxychloride, lactic acid and ethylene glycol is 5 : 5 : 90,and other optimum conditions are as follows:60 ℃ excellent re- action temperature,2.5 hours reaction time. The laboratory finding shows that= HPAM so- lution,which concentration is 0. 5%, reacted with organic-zirconium cross-linking agent in mass ratio 100 :0.5. the optimum property of fracturing fluid as follows= the delayed time is 5 min, apparent viscosity is 130 mPa · s, the temperature resistance could be above 90 ℃, and the shear resistance could be more than 2 hours which could satisfy the fracturing opera- tion requirement.
