肝病患者血清HA、PⅢP水平与肝功能、肝脏B超检查结果的关系探讨

摘　　要：为探讨肝病患者血清透明质酸（ＨＡ）、 Ⅲ型胶原前肽（ＰⅢＰ）水平与肝功能、肝脏 Ｂ超结果的关系，评价其临床应用价值，本文用ＲＩＡ法检测１２８例各型肝病血清ＨＡ、ＰⅢＰ，同时检测肝功能（ＡＬＴ、ＴＢＩＬ、ＧＬＢ）、肝脏Ｂ超，并进行相关性分析。结果表明：慢性肝病各组的ＨＡ、ＰⅢＰ除慢迁肝的ＨＡ外均高于急性肝炎组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５），慢性肝病组间存在显著性差异。ＨＡ、ＰⅢＰ与ＡＬＴ无相关（Ｐ＞０．０５），与ＧＬＢ均相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＨＡ与ＴＢＩＬ相关（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＰⅢＰ与ＴＢＩＬ不相关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。各组肝病Ｂ超异常组的ＨＡ、ＰⅢＰ水平均高于Ｂ超正常组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示 ＨＡ、ＰⅢＰ均是诊断肝纤维化的良好指标，但ＨＡ受 ＴＢＩＬ的影响。在临床诊断时应与肝功能、Ｂ超检查结果综合分析。The article is to detect the relationship between serum hyaluronate(HA), procollagen Ⅲ peptide (PⅢ P) and liver function, ultra sonic B in patients with hepatitis. The serum HA and P Ⅲ P were detected in 128 patients with hepatits. The results indicated that serum HA and PⅢ P in chronic hepatitis were significantly higher than in acute hepatitis (P < 0. 05 - 0. 01 ). They correlated with the serum level of globulin. The levels of them in abnormal ultra sonic B are higher than that in normal ultra sonic B(P < 0. 05 - 0. 01 ). The results showed that HA and PⅢ P are all better indexes to diagnosis liver fibrosis.
