摘 要:文章以中低速磁浮列车五悬浮架为例,以提高列车曲线通过时迫导向机构适应性、减小迫导向机构受力及空气弹簧水平偏移量为目的,研究列车静止悬浮或低速运行(小于5 km/h)时,悬浮电磁铁处于F轨最佳契合位置、空气弹簧水平偏移量最小所确定的理想平衡状态,滑台横向位移随曲线半径变化关系,得出通过不同曲线时滑台水平偏移量、迫导向机构结构尺寸及转臂转角的一般计算公式,并对典型案例进行计算分析,优化得出相对合理的迫导向机构结构尺寸以提高悬浮架曲线通过性能。Based on five-truck maglev vehicle,in order to improve the adaptability of forced steering mechanism on curve ,and reduce the force on forced steering mechanism and the lateral displacement of the air spring,this paper researches the ideal equilibrium state that the suspension electromagnet is at the best matching position on F rail and the lateral displacement of the air spring is least,and the change relationship of lateral displacement for sliding table along with curve radius when the train is in static suspension or running at low speed (less than 5 km/h). And then it obtains the general calculation formulas of lateral displacement for sliding table, structure size for forced steering mechanism, and rotating arm angle on different curves. It takes calculation and analysis for typical cases,and obtains the relatively reasonable structure size of forced steering mechanism to improve the curve negotiation performance of suspension frame.
