大学特色的多元分析

摘　　要：多元化的社会需求促使大学多元化发展,要求大学特色的多元化。大学特色的相对性、可变性和稳定性决定了大学特色元变化的内在性。大学特色建设既要注重特色元的辐射和带动作用,又要认清特色元间的相互制约关系,在资源一定的情况下,打造学校特色。大学特色建设必须重视特色形成的生长点,营造特色元形成的氛围;整合学科专业资源,促进特色元的协同发展;建立特色评价体系,科学引导特色元的建设;合理把握特色元的消长,努力构建多元特色;科学分析自身的优势,努力以最少的资源打造特色。The diversified demands of society impel the multi-development of colleges and universities and they also call for multicultural characteristics of colleges and universities. Above all, on the basis of variability and relative stability the essay expounds the features of characteristic units of colleges and universities. And then it sets forth the positive and negative correlation of characteristic units of colleges and universities in view of the model in which characteristic units support the construction of multicuhural characteristics of colleges and universities. Finally the author offers suggestions on how to strengthen characteristic construction based on characteristic units.
