摘 要:加气混凝土砌块是一种替代粘土砖的良好墙体材料,但采用传统施工方法施工的墙体极易产生裂缝。本文利用本地区常用的材料,选取了粉煤灰与胶凝材料用量比,水胶比、平均浆体厚度这三个因素,通过正交试验来摸清它们对砂浆的工作性能和力学性能的影响。在初步配合比试验的基础上选取三组工作性能和力学性能良好的配合比,掺入由聚丙烯纤维和海菜粉等组成的添加剂,优化后的专用砂浆的保水性、粘结强度、折压比和粘压比有较大的提高。AAC (aerated concrete) brick is a kind of wall material substituting for clay brick, but the AAC brick wall often cracks with traditional construction methods. The aim of this paper is to find out an AAC exclusive mortar and an ACC exclusive interface agent based on the local materials that can meet the requirement of design and crack resistance. Using the materials of Fujian province, three parameters of water - cement ratio, fly ash - binder ratio and average paste thickness are selected, and the influence of the three parameters on work- ability and mechanical behaviors of mortar was investigated by a cross experiment. Based on the primary mix proportion test, three mix pro- portions of mortar which have better workability and mechanical behaviors are picked out, and an additive combined with polypropylene fiber and seaweed powder et al was added. The optimal mortar has better water retention capacity, higher bonding strength, higher flexural strength - compressive strength ratio and higher bonding strength - compressive strength ratio.
