白头翁不同提取物体外抗犬源人五毛滴虫作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白头翁不同提取物对犬源人五毛滴虫的作用效果。方法用白头翁4种提取物5个浓度(10、5、2.5、1.25、0.625mg/ml)进行体外抗犬源人五毛滴虫试验,绘制4种提取物不同浓度作用下虫体的生长曲线和虫体抑制率-时间曲线,分析4种提取物对该虫体的抑杀效果。结果白头翁4种提取物各试验浓度均具有一定的抑制或杀灭犬源人五毛滴虫的作用,且作用效果随药物浓度的增加而增强;水浸膏组分所有试验浓度作用48h后对虫体的抑制率均>99%。水浸膏、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇组分作用48h杀灭全部虫体的最低有效浓度分别为5、10、10mg/ml。所有试验浓度的总皂苷组分均不能杀灭全部虫体。结论白头翁4种提取物中,以水浸膏组分抗犬源人五毛滴虫的效果最强,作用48h杀灭全部虫体的最低有效浓度为5mg/ml。Objective To observe the effect of different extracts of Pulsatilla chinensis （Bunge） Regel on Pentatrichomonas hominis from dogs. Methods The resistance of the trichomonad to five concentrations （10, 5, 2.5, 1.25 and 0.625 mg/ml） of four extracts was tested in vitro. Growth curves and percent inhibition-time curves for the five different concentrations of the four extracts were determined to analyze their effects on P. hominis. Results All five concentrations of the four extracts inhibited or killed P. hominis to various degrees, and their anti-trichomonal effectiveness increased with an increase in concentration. All of the concentrations of the aqueous extract had a percent trichomonal inhibition of more than 99% after culturing for 48 h. At 48 h, the aqueous extract had an MLC against P. hominis of 5 mg/ml, the ethyl acetate extract had an MLC of 10 mg/ml, and the n-butanol extract had an MLC of 10 mg/ml. However, none of the concentrations of the total saponin extract were able to completely kill P. hominis. Conclusion Among four extracts of P. chinensis （Bunge） Regel, an aqueous extract had the most potent trichomonacidal activity, and its MLC against P. hominis at 48 h was 5 mg/ml.
