摘　　要：Pre-S2作为HBV表面外膜蛋白重要的蛋白之一,在其基因表达、HBV感染复制、免疫逃逸等方面起重要作用,且与慢性肝炎、重型肝炎及HCC的发病机制密切相关。其免疫学研究尤其是Pre-S2核酸疫苗、单克隆抗体的制备为HBV预防感染提供了有力依据。本文对上述几个方面Pre-S2的研究进展进行了概述。Pre-S2, which is one of the most significant surface outer membrane proteins, plays a major role in HBV expression, replication, infection, and immune evasion. Furthermore, Pre-S2 is closely related to chronic hepatitis, hepatitis gravis, and the pathogenesis of HCC. Immunological study of the Pre-S2 gene in particular involves the preparation of nucleic acid vaccines and monoclonal antibodies, providing form grounds for prevention of HBV infection. This article reviews the latest advances in the study of Pre-S2 in terms of the aspects mentioned earlier.
