摘  要:弹簧作为车辆走行部的关键零部件,其性能质量直接影响行车的安全性,而弹簧卷制的质量直接影响着弹簧的性能.以某高速列车用螺旋弹簧为例,用Marc以及非线性分析方法和虚拟样机技术模拟弹簧卷制的实际过程,从而预测弹簧的成型过程、棒料的应力和应变、工装的应力和应变,优化弹簧卷制工艺,提高弹簧卷制工艺水平,达到提高产品质量和减少试制成本的目的.The spring is the key parts of vehicle running gear and its performance quality directly affects the safety of driving, and the hot coiling quality directly affects the performance of the spring. Taking the coil spring of high speed railway train as an example and combing Marc with the nonlinear analysis method and the virtual prototype technology, the actual process of spring coiling is simulated. So the spring forming process, the stress and strain of bar and the stress and strain of tooling are simulated, the spring coiling technology is optimized, and the spring coiling technology level is improved. Then the product quality can be improved and the cost of trial-produce purpose can be reduced.
