摘 要:随着铁路事业的迅猛发展,弹簧产品的性能提升到一个新的高度.弹簧在制造过程中由于受炉内加热、成形和淬火等工艺的影响,成形后在保证弹簧性能的前提下不易对其进行调整,借助仿真手段对其进行试加工制造是个很好的途径.由于弹簧的种类繁多,卷制仿真从模型建立到结果提交需要花费几个小时.从脚本文件的建立入手,针对弹簧卷制过程涉及的操作进行脚本录入,最后形成对同一类型弹簧制造过程的卷制仿真程序,通过对比大大节约仿真时间,提升仿真效率.With the rapid development of railway, the properties of spring products are elevated to a higher level. Because of the influence of the furnace heating, forming and quenching process, the formed spring in the manufacturing process is not easy to adjust under the premise that the spring performance must be ensured. It is a good way to test the trial manufacture using the simulation method. Because of the fact that the spring is various, the spring rolling simulation from modeling to the result submitting must spend one hour or so. By taking the establishment of the script file for input as starting, the script input is done aiming at the operation that the spring coiling process is referred, and finally the rolling simulation program on the same type of spring manufacturing process is formed. After comparison, it is found that the simulation time is saved, and the simulation efficiency is greatly improved.
