摘　　要：金融发展与经济增长的关系是近来学者研究的热点问题,主流的学术观点可按照金融发展对经济增长的作用分成三大类,即金融促进、互为因果、金融约束;现有研究普遍使用相关性分析等计量方法进行研究,存在局限性,难以打开金融促进经济的"黑箱"机制,解决这一问题的思路在于有效追踪金融资产来源去向。The relationship between financial development and economic growth is a significant issue researched by numerous professors. According to the different attitudes towards the influence that financial development exert on economic growth, prevalent points in this academic area can be divided into three parts： financial promotion, reciprocal causation and financial restraint.Two common problems of general research are the hmitation of relevance analysis and the difficulty of opening the＂black box＂ .A potential solution might he in investigating the flowing and current of financial property and resource.
