摘 要:目的:探讨中药炭药的显微定量方法,为“存性”的质量控制标准提供定量依据。方法:采用非参比物显微定量分析方法,分别测定每毫克原药材和炒炭中药所含显微特征微粒的个数,观察炮制前后的变化,以此作为判断该药材炒炭炮制品是否达到炮制火候的标准之一。结果:一定重量的单味药材和炮制品的显微特征微粒数为一常数。结论:每毫克中药炒炭炮制品的显微特征微粒数可以作为判断该种中药炒炭炮制品是否达到“炒炭存性”质量标准的显微定量的依据。OBJECTIVE:To study the microscopic quantitative methods of charred traditional Chinese crude drugs as a quantitative evidence for qualitative control. METHODS:Through microscopic quantitative method with non reference substance,the number of the microscopic characteristic particles in the drugs and the charred drugs per milligram were counted and the changes of the number after preparation were observed ,and it is used as one of the methods for control of time and temperature in charring process of the drugs. RESULTS:The drugs and charred drugs per milligram contain a constant number of microscopic characteristic particles.CONCLUSIONS:The number of microscopic characteristic particles in charred drugs per milligram can be used as a quantitative evidence to conclude whether the charred drugs reach the aim of the preparation.
