摘　　要：高校辅导员工作存在职责不够明确、日常事务繁杂、偏离本职中心工作的现象,从而影响学生思想政治工作的实效。要通过进一步明确辅导员的工作职责、理顺辅导员与相关职能部门的工作关系、充分发挥班主任和学生干部的管理作用、加强辅导员队伍建设等措施提高学生思想政治工作的实效。There are some problems existing in the college counselors＇ work, such as duty unclearness, too many daily routines, deviating from the central duties and so on. All the problems have an influence on the practical effects of student ideological and political work. This article puts forward some countermeasures to improve the practical work effects, for example, determining the counselors＇ work duties, straightening the work relationship between the counselors and the related functional departments, giving full play to the management roles of class advisers and student cadres, and enhancing the team construction of counselors.
