摘　　要：介绍了国内外的污泥管理体系现状,并通过对国内外相关政策标准的对比分析,指出我国污泥管理体系中的法律制度、标准规范和国家政策三部分在编制和修订过程中仍存在一些问题,最后据此给出了相应的建议。The paper introduces the status of sludge management system at home and abroad. Based on the compari- son and analysis on the relevant policies and standards at home and abroad, the paper points out the problems existed in the workout and edit concerning the legal systems, standard criterion and national policies in sludge management system in China and puts forward the relative suggestions based on the above mentioned policies.
