北江流域矿产资源开发的环境经济分析

摘　　要：多年来,北江流域矿产资源开发在产生巨大经济效益的同时,也对水资源、土地资源、生态环境、人体健康等造成了危害。矿产资源开发引起的环境问题已逐渐成为生产、消费活动的限制因子和影响经济、社会可持续发展的重要因素,而对其的研究也从单纯的环境治理上升到经济学的探讨。文章从环境经济学的角度剖析了北江流域矿产资源开发的外部不经济性,并提出了相应的解决措施。For many years, mineral resources＇ development in North River Valley produces great economic benefits, but it causes the harm to water resource, land resource, eco-environment and human health. The environmental problems occurred in mineral resources development have become the restricting gene of production and consumption activities and the key fac- tors that make an impact on economic and social sustainable development. Now we make study from the single environmental treatment to the economics discussion. From the point of view of environmental economics, the paper makes an anatomy on exterior diseconomy of mineral resources＇ development in North River Valley and puts forward the relevant measures to be solved.
