摘　　要：对原有号码携带业务自动工单流程存在的问题进行了分析;依据操作的对象将指令分为端局程控和SDC智能业务两部分;每部分又分为装和拆两个环节;增加了新旧物理号码网络属性判断;在设计正向流程及操作的同时,同步考虑反向流程及操作。It analyzes the problems on the former procedure of number portability service program-control work order, it divides the instruction into terminal station programme-control and SDC intelligent service according to the operation objects, each part is divides into installation and dismounting, and increases the new and old physical number network attributes judgement, takes consideration of backward flow and operation when designing forward flow and operation.
