摘  要:利用有益微生物(简称菌种,下同)将农作物秸秆进行安全腐熟处理,使秸秆较快速的分解并释放养分,能及时供给当季作物吸收利用并促进其生长。2011年采用菌种与秸秆不同配比进行了番茄小区栽培试验,结果表明:与空白对照相比,番茄果实中维生素C与可溶性糖分别平均增加2.36%与2.16%,硝酸盐降低3.09%。其中S2C1处理即666.7m2用菌种9 kg与2 500 kg秸秆(质量比为1∶278)及4 kg疫苗配施,番茄产量及商品果产量均最高。处理S2C2(666.7m2施菌种9 kg,秸秆3 750 kg,1∶417)、与处理S2C3(666.7m2施菌种9 kg,秸秆5 000 kg,1∶556)可以显著提高土壤有效养分含量,与常规施肥相比,0~20 cm土层碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾、有机碳的增长率分别为:33.92%、87.93%、15.36%、89.74%。Crop stalk can be throughly decomposed by beneficial microorganism(strain) and provide nutrients for current crop.In this study,a series of tomato plot tests were carried out with different proportions of strain and stalk.The results indicated that,compared with control(CK),the contents of VC and soluble sugar increased by 2.36% and 2.16% respectively and nitrate content reduced by 3.09%.The total tomato yield and commodity fruit yield were both the highest with the treatment of S2C1(9 kg strain and 2 500 kg stalk per 666.7m2 with the mass ratio of 1∶ 278 and 4 kg vaccine).Treatment of S2C2(9 kg strain and 3 750 kg stalk per 666.7m2,1∶ 417) and S2C3(9 kg strain and 5 000 kg stalk per 666.7m2,1∶ 556) could significantly increase the contents of available nutrients in soil.Compared with conventional fertilization(CF),the increase rates of alkaline-hydroluzale nitrogen,olsen phosphorus,olsen potassium and organic carbon in 0~20 cm soil layers were 33.92%,87.93%,15.36%,89.74% respectively.
