摘　　要：荆州长江公路大桥是由国家、地方政府共同投资兴建的特大型交通工程 ,怎样保证国家、地方和管理者三方的利益 ,其管理方式是有效保障的基础。本文结合荆州长江公路大桥特点 ,对桥梁的运营模式进行探索和分析 。The Jingzhou Changing River Highway Bridge is a super traffic project joint ventured by the central and local government. An efficient and proper administration method is the basis of proper interest allocation between the central and local governments and the administratrator. The paper tried to explor and analyse the administration models of bridges on the basis of the above stated bridges characteristics and designed a model suited for the administration of the bridge.
