摘　　要：工期拖延费用的索赔不同于其它索赔。在索赔报告中必须准确、客观地估算干扰事件对工期和成本的影响 ,采用科学的、合理的费用索赔计算方法 。The compensation for a loss of a project delay is different from other kinds of compensation The factors which affect the time limit for a project construction and its costs must be made accurately and objectively in a compensation report. The demand for an amount of compensation can only be produced by using a scientific, reasonable calculation way.
