摘　　要：我国经济社会的快速发展和进步,很大程度上得益于我国开放型经济和全球化红利。随着全球化的深入发展,各种矛盾和问题不断孕育和凸显,我国开放型经济乃至国家经济安全正面临着日趋严峻的挑战。为推动我国开放型经济平稳健康发展,更好地保障我国经济安全,需要适应经济全球化的新变化,加快转变对外经济发展方式,全面提高开放型经济水平,推动经济的对外开放朝着优化结构、拓展深度、提高效益方向转变。China＇s rapid economic and social development and progress,come in large part from the dividend of China＇s open economy and globalization.With the further development of globalization,globalization has entered the contradiction of the stirring stage,open China＇s economy faces a serious challenge.In order to promote the stable and healthy development of open economy in China,we need to adapt to the new situation of economic globalization,speed up the transformation of economic development mode,improve the level of the open economy,promote the economic opening towards the optimization structure,depth,and improve the efficiency of change.
